Staff training and development can often be costly and time-consuming but it’s one of the best investments you can make. Not only can it help improve the level and quality of your staff’s work, but also the performance of your business.
To help fish and chip shops in this area, Seafish is offering a range of free and subsidised online training courses.
The first is a half-day Introduction to HACCP, which is followed by a Zoom exam. The usual cost is £100 per person, but Seafish is subsidising 50% of the course, reducing it to £50 per person.
