Great dusting for all deep fried items. Adds a really flavoursome seasoning to fish and seafood, and delivers so much more than plain rice cones. Doesn’t clag at all like you may expect from a fine flour dusting. Excellent product!

I cant work without this pre-dust it has really made my life so much simpler.
Previously other rice flours or cones just didn’t hit the spot, this just does what it says. the little bags really do help keep the product in the best condition.

I used to add salt to my batter but found it inconsistent and could affect the colour of my batter – I started using this and it eliminated all my problems and gave a much better flavour as it coats the whole fish and steams through the fish/batter giving a more even saltiness to the product
