PUNCHY BACON & BLUE CHEESE SAUCE

This sauce is another homemade profit maker, don’t expect a mild flavour from this sauce. This is a sauce with a difference, and I wouldn’t be shy about this one. 

This is the ideal mayonnaise to spoon on top of burgers, while also solving the slide factor that comes when blue cheese alone is placed on top of a burger. 

Choosing the right ingredients

🇬🇧 When choosing a blue cheese, try and source a British stilton. It is widely available and supports British cheesemakers.

🇬🇧 With the streaky bacon, we recommend a ready to go streaky bacon, use this unless you cook bacon regularly. We recommend looking for a British sourced bacon to cut down on the food miles. 

⏱️ You must crack the black pepper at the final moment, and it will retain its flavour much better.

Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise Ingredients( Duplicate )

Cooked Streaky Bacon 100g
Blue Cheese100g
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper1 Tablespoon

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Use an immersion blender to combine until smooth, around 30 seconds to 1 minute. (Alternatively, add the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth.)

This sauce is just too easy to make, takes little to no time, and it should last five days in the fridge.
